At HomeTech, we aim to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible throughout Georgia. Please review our shipping policy below for information about order processing, delivery times, shipping fees, and delivery issues.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day of confirmation.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM may be eligible for same-day delivery within Tbilisi only.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

All orders are delivered via courier service.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Tbilisi: Same-day delivery for eligible orders placed before 3:00 PM, or within 1 business day.
• Other regions of Georgia: 2–4 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where tracking is available, customers will receive order tracking information by email or SMS once their order has been shipped.

5. Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including the correct delivery address and contact details.

HomeTech cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery attempts caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
• The recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery.

If an order is returned to us for either of these reasons, an additional redelivery fee may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the issue with the courier company and help resolve it.
